Original house was a 1968 Huntington Beach Home with 1,306 sq. ft.
Added 153 sq. ft. to Master Bedroom to allow for new increased Master Bath, and provide wider halls & doorways for future handicap
accessibility if required.
Kitchen was redesigned using granite counters, Viking stove,
and selective types of wood in varying colors to stand out
from each other, adding to that the island was made to look
like a piece of furniture to complete the look. Wall between
living Room & Kitchen/Dining Room was removed to create a
great room style living space which creates the feeling of
larger rooms without adding square footage.
The front of the house was
improved by the addition of a
front facing gable over the
bedroom windows to break up
the long lineal roof line.  The
porch posts were boxed to
create a larger single support
column witch was also mimicked
in the trim ea side of the new
sectional garage door
The picture to the left is prior to the
addition. By adding onto the existing Master
Bedroom (below) it allowed a new increased
Master Bath, it provide wider halls &
doorways with a sliding glass door to the
patio.  By pushing out the wall to the edge of
the concrete patio and creating a covered
patio with fireplace it created two seperate
intimate seating areas
Guest bath updated with new cabinet,
counter top and tile flooring
Master bath increased in size with
double counters / sinks.
